With his love for global cuisine and a passion for cooking, Chef Souvik Ray started his career with the Italian restaurant, Stella at The Leela Kempinski Mumbai under the leadership of Michelin Star Chef, Maximiliano Cotilli and then joined Mediterranean Grill restaurant, Trendz at The Lalit Mumbai

The one signature dish of Chef Souvik, that he looks forward to the guests at Cafe Noir to savor is his signature pan-seared Chilean Sea Bass served with seafood barley risotto, lobster bisque, fresh fennel shavings, and a whole lot of culinary brilliance  

On his journey ahead with Cafe Noir, he looks forward to bringing gems of expertise from his past experiences in fine dining but is also ready to explore and enjoy the magic of difference between his past and present, where in the past he has worked under brilliant culinary minds, he is now ready to pursue the challenging yet exciting journey of leading the team at Cafe Noir.
